"You can change your life today."
"Don't take away your future."
A large part of Alex's message encourages teenagers to change their life around to the best form of themselves that they can be. He encourages teenagers not to give up on their future and to keep fighting through the pain, even when suicide may seem like an easy way out. He encourages all teenagers to find their self worth and not give up, because we truly never know where our future will lead. Alex attempted suicide twice in his teen years and if he never kept fighting, he wouldn't be where he is today.
Like many teens, Alex wanted to give up because he felt that his life would never get better, that he'd always be a suicidal teenager who couldn't see the value in his life. After a lot of hard work and getting through a lot of painful experiences, that eventually changed and he's now responsible for saving numerous teen lives.
